We meet Tuesdays every month at 7:00pm at the Huron Park Secondary School where we enjoy learning and listening to invited guest speakers on horticultural topics. Come early to enjoy some coffee, tea, and treats, while you mingle.

Come out Tuesday May 12th, 2026 7pm-9pm and get some great steals and deals at our annual charity fundraiser plant auction. Members dig, divide and share plants out of their own gardens to be auctioned off!

The 2026 OHA Annual Meeting and Convention is July 24-26 2026.
This will take place in Oshawa at the Oshawa Campus of Durham College.

WHS members are able to participate in the June and September Plant and Flower Shows.
We encourage you to bring your favourite specimens and compete for prize money. Please refer to the newsletter for more details.

Occasionally we have invitations or special events from the OHA or neighbouring societies and we will share those invites here... WHS also regularly volunteers to maintain local flower beds and community beautification.
